Reply to customer

As an agent, simply reply to the customer as usual.

After saving the reply, your signature will be appended automatically.

Note that, due limitations in Atlassian’s Cloud API, there is a short delay before the signature is added.

Internal note

Internal notes will not get the signature appended.
